Refund policy

The Two-Week Shift Test: wear The Shift Sock for two weeks of shifts. Not better than what you had? Contact us within 30 days of delivery, send the socks back with the return label we provide, and you receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Unworn items: unworn pairs in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Refunds are issued within 10 business days of us receiving the return. To start a return, reply to your order confirmation email or use our contact page. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
