Products and pricing. We reserve the right to modify products and prices, and to limit quantities. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Product images are representative; minor variations may occur between production runs.

Orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product was listed at an incorrect price or where fraud is suspected. If we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full.

Product claims. Our products are apparel. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition or injury.

Intellectual property. All content on this site — text, images, graphics, logos — is the property of CLOCK OUT and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLOCK OUT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CLOCK OUT operates.
